The Globulo nero skirolls are entirely produced with first rate High Tech materials and subject to an accurate quality control.

Every item is processed and assembled entirely by hand at our plant in Italy. This guarantees their uniqueness, and every little imperfection turns out to be their integrating characteristic.

Globulo nero guarantees its products against any possibile material or manufacturing faults offering a 3 years standard international guarantee since the delivery of all our frames (B1-B2-CS1-CS2).

One year longer than provided for by the 1999/44 EC Regulation. Should any flaws occur, Globulo nero will fix or replace the item involved.

The 3 years guarantee does not include wheels, anti-reversal devices, bearings and other wear components having a 6 months guarantee.

The guarantee is valid only in case the product is used for the purpose it was created for in normal conditions. The guarantee does not cover damages caused by normal wear, improper usage, abrasions, negligence, exposure to extreme temperatures, use of corrosive substances, and it does not cover damages caused by third parties during the transport.

All returned products are subject to the approval and inspection of Globulo nero before any repair or replacement is authorized.

The safety and proper functioning of the Globulo nero product or frame depend on the proper maintenance. We invite you to read carefully the Manual of Use and Maintenance supplied along with the product and to follow the advice given.
