Globulonero has opted for composite materials of the highest quality manufactured by leading companies of the sector, using solely high modulus carbon fibres normally employed in the aerospace and Formula 1 automobile industries. Our aerodynamic and captivating tubes are made exclusively in Italy, with special high-pressure resistant molds in high modulus carbon (the true protagonist of our frames), with internal T-800 and external K3 laminating systems respectively.

Thanks to our tube-to-tube construction method and high technology craftsmanship with attention to the smallest detail, we are able to offer professional frames with a high-performance stiffness-weight ration, thus guaranteeing maximum safety and resistance of the work cycles with a degree of stiffness that is 20% higher than the traditional monocoque product made in China and Taiwan.

This tube-to-tube technology enables us to offer a tailor-made personalised service. The angles and the lengths of the tubes and rear stays must correspond to the millimeter to the technical data sheet approved by our technicians, who take the responsibility of fulfilling the needs of the most expert Triathletes and Cyclists.
The athlete's personal anthropometric details make it possible for us to build an efficient frame with the ideal geometry, thus avoiding anything that may cause failures or imbalances in the pedal thrust and achieving maximum performance thanks to the tube-to-tube technology and the material which is perfectly suited to the cyclist's physical and technical needs. This applies especially during the athlete's sprints, where energy dispersion is reduced to a minimum and the yield of the pedal thrust maximised to the full. The custom-made model also allows us to customise the frame, using the most state-of-the-art components on the market today, such as the BB30 central movement bracket, the brake sheath passage – internal gear and preparation for mounting the Di2 electronic gear.

The ZETA globulonero frames are periodically subjected to crash and torsional rigidity tests, which make it possible to intervene on the laminations of the frame tubes so as to implement structural improvements, in order to guarantee a safe and constantly highly performing product. Globulonero is Made in Italy, guaranteed through all development, production and finish phases, with a special painting process carried out in pressurised cabins.
